Subject: Issue with Double Subscription and Unanswered Support Request

Dear Odido Team,

On November 6, I ordered an iPhone 16 Plus with a subscription. However, I discovered that my previous subscription is still active, meaning I am now paying for two subscriptions.

To clarify, I intended to keep my previous phone number, but I received a new SIM card with an additional subscription instead.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this situation? I have not received any response from your team so far.

Good morning Sina, good choice on the iPhone 16 Plus! Based on what I'm reading it looks like number porting got rejected. Maybe because of the contract period of your current subscription. That way, your new subscription will continue as a new (second) subscription. Please fill in the following information in your profile (from both subscriptions): 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number, the last 4 digits of your IBAN and your order number from your iPhone 16 Plus order. Then I can look into it! 😊
