Cancel Mobile Contract

Hello, I left Netherlands and want to cancel my Mobile subscription. I have reached out for this through both chat and Telephone customer support, I was told my subscription will be cacnelled. Unfortunately, that did not happen and I still see money being debited from my account. Please cancel my subscription.

Hi ​@ababhanu, I checked your subscription right away and I do see a cancellation in our system. I only see that my colleague forgot to send the confirmation, which is why you haven't received it either. Your subscription will be cancelled on 12/04/25, as you are still on one month's notice. You can consider this message as the confirmation! 

There is no toll-free or other number you can call from abroad, sorry! If you prefer not to call, you can contact us using our digital contact form: https://www.odido.nl/service/contactformulier. Cancelling your subscription can only be done via the telephone customer support (0800-0092).

Hello ​@Waqqas , I have already reached out to customer support 2 weeks back and they mentioned they will cancel my subscription. But I did not get any email till now and I still see my subscription is active. Also I am not in Netherlands and reaching customer support via telephone will be very expensive for me. 

Is there a toll free number that I can call? I already spent 20 Eur just for speaking to customer support with international roaming and my subscription is still not cancelled. I also tried to cancel it from the website, but my request keeps getting rejected after few days. Not sure how can I proceed at this point. I am paying monthly subscription amount even after leaving Netherlands.
