Hello,

 

I applied for home internet on 21.09.2023. My order number is below.

A few days ago I scheduled the installation for 04.10.2023 but the service came 1 hour after the scheduled time. As I m working in business days I had already left my apartment by the time the service arrived. The service reached me by phone and said they will come on 05.10.2023 early in the morning and we agreed on that. But after that nobody came and called me.

 

Also, today I recieved an email from internet.service@odido.nl stating that the installation of fiber optic is will be started in my neighbourhood soon. By the time I applied for fiber optic internet I was informed that fiber optic is available in my address. But now receive the information that it is not available yet. I am totally confused about your services.

 

Could please help me with this issues?

Do you have a fiber connection point in your house? You can call Guidion on telephone number 088 2000 151 to reschedule the appointment.

When you enter your address on the Odido website does it still say glasvezel beschikbaar?


Yes, when I check my address it says Fiber optic available!

 

I moved to my apartment very recently and I did not check the connection point inside. But I have just talked to the landlord. He says Ziggo was used before me. This is all I can tell you about the connection point.

Ziggo uses another connection point which Odido doesn't use, can you check your fusebox once or maybe somewhere else to see if it has a glasvezelaansluitpunt?

Good that you are sounding the alarm for this. I immediately went to check for you and see that Guidion was at the door again yesterday morning at 07:15. The technician says no one was at home; he reportedly rang the doorbell four times. Would you please call this priority number: 020-3232767 and reschedule? There is a connection point in the house, I can see this in my system.
