Hi I ordered a Glasvezel 2000 a few days ago, but I haven't received any confirmation or updates. Was my order received or did it go missing? Tried to check it with my postcode and birthdate but nothing showed up.

I tried and i get this message always: De ingevulde gegevens komen helaas niet voor in onze systemen. Controleer de gegevens en probeer het nog eens.
