Welcome to the Odido Community! No worries, I'll be happy to find out exactly what's going on for you! I don't see a customer number or mobile number in your community profile. Could you please add it? Then I'll be happy to take a look with you!
Hi Luxraaye, thanks for adding your phone number to your profile! I see 2 accounts linked to your account, including one inactive subscription. I deleted them both, just in case. Please give the system 30 minutes to process this and then create a new Mijn Odido account via Mijn Odido registreren. If you add your subscription, it should work perfectly. Please let me know if it works!
