Hello, Hope everyone is doing well. 
In my home network, Internet logo is red from last two days. I had a call with service team and they say they see no problem at their end. I have done the reset of model and reset of fiber optic box (media converter) as well.  In Fiber optic box it shows green light for connection and in model red light for the internet.

  1. What could be the possible reason?
  2. What is generally timeline to service team to visit the house? I have not yet received any call for making appointment
  3. I have TV, Sound, lights and phone on WiFi so what is alternative till the time WiFi problem is resolved? Can I get temporary WiFi from T mobile?

Good that you are sounding the alarm for this. I saw indeed that you spoke to our customer service, but the person did not forward the matter. I have checked everything and I can see that something is not working properly. I have therefore sent a technician to take a look. You will receive a message containing a link to schedule an appointment with the technician!
