I have just taken a look at the previous bill for Internet costs.
The problem is that I have been charged through the period 17 DEC to 31 DEC(13,55euros).
However, I have not been able to use the internet until 27 DEC when KPN came to fix the lines.
I have already spoke about this matter over the phone and was told that I won't be charged for the period that I did not have internet connection.
Please check on this and solve this problem for me.
