Hi, since around 1pm the internet connection stopped, rebooted the modem several times, however the internet light continues to be off. Is there any disruption/maintainance going on on zip code 3527?

Hi @DT123, thanks for reaching out! I immediately wanted to help you out, but I was happy to see that your Internet connection is back online again. I do measure some instability on your Internet line. If the issue reoccurs, could you check if there is a second Internet connect point in your home, for instance near the fuse box. If there is a second option, I would advise you to try it out. I have some suspicion that there might be a bridge tap in your house. You can read more about it here: bridge taps.
