Hi Community,
We are facing internet loss since yesterday evening(06-10-2023). The LOS light on the media converter is blinking red, internet light on router(ZYXEL T-54) is also red.
We tried the suggestions(resetting router,unplug/plug cables)
We contacted customer service , they indicated that they do not see any issue and ticket is created. They also told us technician guy can come to the home in 3-4 days.
Is there any known issue for Eindhoven area?? It will be really struggle for us if the issue is not solved and waiting almost a week for technical support.
