Hi Community,

We are facing internet loss since yesterday evening(06-10-2023). The LOS light on the media converter is blinking red, internet light on router(ZYXEL T-54) is also red.

We tried the suggestions(resetting router,unplug/plug cables)

We contacted customer service , they indicated that they do not see any issue and ticket is created. They also told us technician guy can come to the home in 3-4 days.

Is there any known issue for Eindhoven area?? It will be really struggle for us if the issue is not solved and waiting almost a week for technical support.

@Tommie van Odido  Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately technician came and said it is not related to cables in the house but internet from center building. Another technician should check it which will take 3-4 days.

We are really overwhelmed with the situation. We are working remotely and this is really pushing us. Can Odido define a voucher card or another device with internet package?  At least we can continue to work without interruption. Otherwise we will cancel the subscription unfortunately.

Hi @Tommie van Odido, I don’t have that sim card but if you can cancel my subscription immediately I can go to another internet provider to get the internet back. This can fix my problem faster than your fix.

Could you cancel and I don’t want to pay anything for cancellation cost thing?


Hi @eates23, since you are still within your contract, you should give us 30 days to resolve it for you. Can we not solve it within these 30 days? Then you can terminate the contract free of charge. You can cancel the contract but there will be a surrender fee. 


Looks like you forcing us to sign contract even it is not works I will pay and I cannot cancel.

I will never use your products anymore and explain everyone to move different provider due to it can cost 30 days forcing without internet!
