Home Internet disconnected 4 days prior to contract ending and change of provider

So my contract with tmobile was supposed to end on 02/10/2023 but they suddenly turned my internet off today (29/09/2023).

 

Is this normal? I want a refund for the 3-4 days without internet - how do I do that?
