Hi there,

Last Monday (21.08) the technician came to do the installation, but there is no signal. So, I called t-mobile and the guy told me that I would get contacted back in 3 days, but I didn't get any call so far. I called t-mobile again on Wednesday and today, but they just said that I would get contacted and this time I didn't get any deadline.

Can I get some help?

Hi @Tommie van Odido, sorry, but I can’t take this answer any longer. It’s being too long without any changes. If they’re the responsible for the infrastructure, then I would rather move my subscriptions to them, but I hope I don’t have to. What can we do about my case?


@lozanomatheus The subcontractor decides when the appointment can be made, we don't have any say in that whatsoever - I'm sorry! I truly hope it'll be soon.
