Hi, I’ve had no internet since 11:30am, I received an email from odido saying there was a disruption at that time but have received no further information - could someone let me know how close this is to being resolved? I worked from home today so this has caused a lot of inconvenience. 

Hi @Kateprice, I have checked your connection right away and I can see that KPN NetwerkNL (the gridoperator) had a issue in their network yesterday. This has been fixed by them around 18:00 the same day. You should have received a message confirming this. I am sorry for the inconvenience yesterday but glad to see you back online!
