Hi @Nithin , what awesome to read that you’re with us for a long time!  I see indeed that you have an old modem. I have swapped this now for a Zyxel T-56. You will receive this within a few days. Hopefully this solves the issues for you and if you still need any help after receiving the modem, I’m here to assist you.
