If it turns out to be no signal...should I find T-mobile technician or KPN to do onsite support?
I tried as you suggested..and failed.
I am afraid no signal comes into my flat..
Can you suggest what I should do next?

Since I am able to take over some of the tasks of our technical department, I immediately send a request to KPN to check out your connection. Please keep your phone at hand, and make sure to pick up anonymous calls since KPN will call you today, or tomorrow at latest.
