Why can my neighbour subscribe to fiber above and below me though when I enter my house number I cannot? Who do I contact. I have a disability and cannot speak easily, only message.

Thank you for sounding the alarm. I immediately went to check for you and did indeed see that it is not possible to order fibre. However, I did look at the KPN NetwerkNL site and this area is indeed planned for the future. Unfortunately, I have no other answer for you at the moment. You may be able to contact KPN NetwerkNL for a clearer explanation. Unfortunately I don't have access to that. We hope to see you at Odido in the future!
Thanks for helping - the area is finished (apart from the connection from the pavement to our door).
I have been told to conact Sales and they will fix this last bit (as my neighbour did next door).
There was a story behind this where the VVE could get this organized for the whole building and is now being done one by one when needed.
