Where is my installation package?

Have been waiting in 2 weeks now for my installation package. Went to the store Saturday to be told there was a shortage of routers?!? Why and how is this possible? Shouldn't need to wait this long with no updates, when will I be receiving the router? The line was supposed to be switched on Friday 21st June but the online status still says in progress? What is happening?

I think you've already heard the news from my colleague. Sadly enough we can't deliver our services on your address due some technical issues. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!
