Hi,

 

I will be moving to the Netherlands soon. I had subscribed to T-Mobile 100Mbps package for my house address in the Netherlands on 16th October. I was hoping to have the internet up and running so I had selected the start that as 31st October. I am supposed to move in on 28th October. Today I got an email saying that the subscription has been cancelled (‘Bevestiging van je annulering van T-Mobile Thuis’). I had subscribed in advance using my Belgian bank account number.

 

I would like to know the reason for this cancellation and if it’s possible to reactivate it so that the internet can start on the same data (31st October).

Hi @Ashutosh, I'm terribly sorry but we have received word from the grid operator that there is no available connection present at your new address so we will not be able to supply you there. My colleague tried to contact you by phone but he couldn't get a hold of you which is why he sent the e-mail. If you have any questions I’ll be happy to answer them!
