Sorry my dutch is too bad ... I will ask my question in english. I have a contract with you for Internet and mobile and I am very satisfied with it! But I want to move to a new apartment in the beginning of September (September 2nd 2019) and I would like to know what if it is possible to keep the same contract and internet box? What would be the next steps?

Hi @lau37, good to hear you're happy with your current subscription! I'll gladly help you move your contract. When you're moving to a new address you will receive a new contract for a year but this also means you will receive a new discount for the first 6 months! If you can send me a private message with your current address, your new address (postal code and housenumber) your date of birth and the last four digits of your bank account number then I will see what the possibilities at your new address are! Also let me know if there is anything you would want to change about your current subscription.
