My internet (glasvezel KPN) has been on and off for weeks.
I followed all steps advised, including factory rest of the modem and deepswitches change (I changed them from 3&4 to 1&6).
Now, the red globe light has come up on my zyxtel t-50 (it wasn’t there before).
I followed again all the required steps, but nothing changes. Red globe light remains and I have no internet.
I’m working form home, so this is pretty urgent.
Can someone please help? Send some technician or someone else? I followed all the steps few times, so please don’t advise to follow them again first..
