Hi,

few days ago I signed the contract with T-mobile thuis and am am waiting for installation at home. I received at home a letter asking for personal details (inc. IBAN) to approve the automatic incasso (machtiging doorlopende SEPA incasso). This letter is not mentioned in contract and would like to be sure it is not phishing.

Should I complete the form and send to the mail address?

Hi gfrigione, welcome to T-Mobile Thuis! 🙂 Don't worry, the SEPA form is legit and is used for our own administration as explicit consent for the automatic incasso. So you can fill in the form and send it back to us without any issue!
