Hello!

Could somebody please check my order status - 217182933? I requested internet installation on July 27, and haven’t received any update since then. I also cannot get any details online, it says “De ingevulde gegevens komen helaas niet voor in onze systemen”.!-->

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any support by phone - the wait time was too long.

Have you linked the subscription to your Odido account? If yes what is the status there?

Have you received a confirmation mail via mail? Maybe the ordering proces didn't go through?

Hi @blessed_beagle I checked your subscription status and I see that it's on hold. The reason was a duplicate order. I have removed the obstruction now. Your order will go through from now on! 😊
