I can’t connect to the internet. The Internet should have become available 3 days ago. And still WAN on the modem does not light up. Please help to solve this problem.

I immediately went in the system to look for your subscription. However, based on the e-mail address that you use on the community I can’t find anything. Can you add your customer number, which looks like ABC12345, to your community profile?
