Hi, I am waiting for last 20days for internet connection. called multiple times to customer care number no luck. installation guy came and inserted the cable and said fiber cable inactive so ask T mobile customer care. Customer care saying they reported back office but no resolution. Its annoying i never expected from Tmobile. I am help less now can some help me on my problem. Thanks in advance.

 

 

Hi @sreenu Our back office is still working on it. You should have been online on the 15th but we weren't able to establish a connection from the datacenter. My apologies for the delay, we’ll get you online as quickly as possible!
