Hi. 15.07. I had a modem assembly by a Guidion mechanic. He found a broken optical fiber. He said that a KPN Netwerk specialist would contact me within 24 hours to fix the fault. There has been no such contact for a week. There is also no update on the T-Mobile website. I must admit that I am not satisfied with this situation. From the moment of ordering, it has been over two weeks now and I cannot use the Internet. I am asking for a quick reaction, because I don't want to wait any longer and pay for something that is not there.

A broken fiber is a very bad start and certainly not the intention. Unfortunately I can't do much about this, but a T-Mobile employee can set something in motion for you so that the network administrator can repair the fiber as quick as possible.

So please have a little patience so that an T-Mobile employee (also called a moderator on the community) can hopefully pick this up as soon as possible.

You don't have to worry about costs, the invoicing will only start from the moment you have received a working connection until that time, there will be no costs involved.

It seems like the patch wasn't installed yet when Guidion arrived so there was no possibility of a working connection. Sorry for the inconvenience and rather rough start! I've contacted our technical department and have requested your case to be processed as soon as possible. 

Do you happen to use a T-Mobile or Tele2 SIM card (prepaid or subscription)? If so, I can offer you a voucher for Unlimited Internet to bridge this gap. Then you can in any case stay online indefinitely for the next seven days via mobile hotspot on PC and laptop. You also do not have to supplement this bundle, so you are not limited to just a few GB per day. Please let me know if I can sort this out for you and I'll send you a voucher code as soon as possible!
