I have a problem with the installation of the internet at a new address.  I changed my address on October 2 and so far I have no answer what to do next?

I've checked the status of the order right away and see that only the inhouse installation is needed to finish the installation process. We have send out a SMS/e-mail to make this appointment. To be able to install your connection, we've send out a installation package with the equipment. Have you received this one too? Please let us know.

Hi @24081990moniska, in that case, I've notified our technical department to arrange to required actions to get you online. This will include the installation package and the appointment with the technician. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience, but know that we're taking action to get you online ASAP! Before an appointment can be made, you'll be notified by e-mail that the package is on it's way.
