Hoi,Odido,

I ordered Odido fiber. Last week, some mechanics came to my house and install glass fiber cable. Two days later, another mechanics came to install the converter and router. However, internet can not be connected, the internet light is red. The mechanic said something outside was not right. I contacted Odido, and this evening, the third mechanic came and checked. He said the fiber cable was not right somewhere. 

How can this issue be solved? I already waited one month for my internet. I need it soon…

Hi @zoeg, I understand that you want to be able to use your internet as soon as possible. I have looked into this for you and I see that this has been forwarded to our technical department by the mechanic and the problem lies in the district exchange, they are already working on this for you. My colleagues from the technical department will contact the network administrator, so that this can be fixed. As soon as we have more information on this, we will update you!

Thank you for looking into this issue. As I noticed, some of my neighbors are using Odido. I am not sure why it does not work for my place specially. 

Thank you for working on this problem. It’s already one month from the date that I placed the order , how soon could it be solved?
