I just installed my new Internet modem, but it is not working. All of the lights are on, but the Internet light is red, and I have no connection. I have unplugged the modem several times and reattached the phone cable several times but nothing seems to work, I have no idea what to do

Can you share a picture of the connection point where your modem is connected to?
