I’ve created an order for glasvezel in late September. The email says I should receive an appointment for installation from Guidon and a router. However both didn’t happen yet. Just want to check the status of glasvezel at my address. The installation is managed by ODF in my area, I believe. But they haven’t finished connecting all the houses as far as I know, and it’s impossible to reach them to get any information.
 

My neighbors have been trying to get odido installation for years, I want to know if I have to go through the same process. In that case I’ll cancel the abonnement.

Do you have a fiber connection point in your house? Or maybe the work outside is not yet finished. When the fiber is ready for use than you will receive an email to make an appointment with Guidion.
