Good evening.  At home there is no markup (Internet) where you can turn on the modem.  What to do in this case?  Since the 18th, the Internet has already been.  But I can’t use it, I need to run a cable, where else can I turn?  Emailed, no response since last week.

Do you have a DSL connection and are you not able to find the connection point? Look for any of these in your fusebox, livingroom or somewhere else :

Use the DSL cable to connecto your modem.

Did you manage to find the ISRA yet? It should look similar to the ones shown in the picture above.
