Hello 

I am already odido member. I am moving to another house and told odido that I will continue being odido user at new address too. 

 

I got an email about moving. Telling the following:

Je ontvangt van ons een nieuw modem en mediaconverter op je opgegeven adres. Onze installatiepartner Guidion komt het graag voor je installeren. Ze sturen je hiervoor een e-mail, waarmee je meteen online een afspraak kan maken. De ONT of mediaconverter op je oude adres kan je gewoon laten zitten

 

Today I got a package from Odido and there is only 10gbps media convertor + yellow fiber cable. There is not any new modem although I was expecting according to info above. 

 

Is this expected? or odido forgot to send the new modem? Should I move the modem (zyxel T56) of old house with me when moving to new house?

I will leave old ONT at the old adress? Why do I leave it behind?

Note: Both old and new subscriptions are 1gbps

Which modem do you have now at your old address? You can take it with you to your new address.

Do you know why I leave the old ONT at the old address?

The T56 is still pretty new so you can use that router at your new address, you don't need a new one.

If you cannot remove the ONT from the FTU you can leave it there but if you can remove the ONT than you can send it back to Odido.

Pack the ONT and add a note with your details, at a DHL point tell them that this parcel needs to go to Odido Retouren.
