Hello,

I’m moving flats in Amsterdam and I want to take my Internet subscription to the new place.

I already notified Odido via the online form and I’ve received the confirmation email.

Then I noticed that you will send me a new modem box etc to the new address. However, I won’t have access to this address until 16 January. Connection date is 25 January. 

Can you confirm when the new box will be sent? To ensure I will be already in the home to receive it.
