main connecton disconnected

Hi, @Brian or customer service

can you help me with this issue.

The grey cable that you see in the picture was disconnected from the isra point by accident. Then I tried to connect it again, but I don't get internet access anymore. 

I noticed there are numbers in the ports in the isra point, I don't know in which the dsl cables go.

As well, the order may varied, green cable first, or red cable first?

You have 12 outside lines there. currently line 11 is connected.

always red first and the number between the wires and start on the other strip at the top.
