My internet was supposed to be activated today at 18:00, but the modem gets no internet connection. I plugged in the dsl cabel correctly. Can someone check this?

I'll try and help you as much as possible, together we might be able to fix the connection. Can you please take pictures of the modem and the ISRA (main installation point)? Did you connect the short (one and a half meters) DSL-cable to the ISRA and did you insert it to the DSL-port on the back of the modem?
Is anything lighting up on the modem? Is the globe red, green, orange or not blinking at all?
