Unfortunately i subscribed to the Internet at home, but unfortunately for more than a week, and I am waiting for the activation of the services, but to no avail. And the way to communicate with customer service is useless. Unfortunately, their information is incorrect.

De aanvraag voor het opzeggen van je abonnement(en) is geaccepteerd. De opzegging van je huidige abonnement gaat in zodra je T-Mobile Thuis diensten zijn opgeleverd.

Je overstapservice is afgerond en binnenkort kun je genieten van T-Mobile Thuis.


Hi @Muaadh Algaashani, first of all I want to welcome you to T-Mobile voor Thuis and our Community! 

I have looked into your account and I see that you have contacted our customer service already. My colleagues have made sure that a Guidion technician will come to your house to install the internet for you. Once the technician has installed everything, the contract will be activated! I see that the appointment with Guidion has been made on 11 August. A technician will arrive between 08:00 and 12:00 to help you with this. Until that time you can still use the internet services of your old provider. The contract of the old provider will stay active until our contract has been activated. That way you don't have to worry about being without internet!

Have you received the installation package and when is/was the line supposed to be active? Once the modem is online the status in My T-Mobile will automatically update.
