I've been waiting for an Internet connection for over a year. They laid fiber optics along the street, but nothing was carried home. How long should I wait is a mockery. I'll go to another supplier since you don't value your regular customers

I immediately asked my colleagues from the Fiber department to contact the (external) network administrator about the planning for your adres. As soon as they know more, they will also inform you about this.

@Lazaros I just received word from my colleague from the Fiber department. At this moment, it is not clear when the Fiber connection will be fully installed. This is due to the location of the connection, which is a high-rise building. As soon as there is more clarity about the planning, you will be informed about this as well.
