I can't add my internet subscription to "Mijn Odido", so I can't manage my internet subscription. I would like to remind you again because I did not get an answer from you.

Hi ​@a.ahmet0050, sorry for our late response. We can only fix this if you have another bankaccount number. The error message; too many records found, occurs because your bankaccount number is in our system too often. This can be solved by changing the bankaccount number on the back to another active bankaccount number. I can do this for you, can you send me another active account number in a private message? If it doesn't work out today, it can go to Tommie or Teresa. We can of course change this afterwards! Greetings, Ishana

Thank you for your response. I currently have only one bank account, so I believe this is an issue that Odido should be able to resolve. I assume you wouldn’t expect me to open a new bank account just to manage my Odido internet subscription :) 

Moreover, I’ve never experienced a similar problem before while having the same number of subscriptions

I have changed the old one ​@a.ahmet0050, you should now be able to add your Internet + Tv subscription!
