Hello

I went to an ODIDO /T Mobile store to make my home internet subscription. At the time I didn't have an account with a Dutch bank and my provisional account was placed. I updated yesterday to a Dutch bank and I didn't have any contact to schedule the installation. I'm in a lot of need and in a hurry.

I guess they made up a contract for you with you're e-mail adres and other personal details? It will take a few days before the installation service will contact you for a appointment to install all the thing you need. I understand you are in a hurry, all the costumers with a new order are in a hurry and have to wait.

Have you received a confirmation email? You can make an Odido account and link your subscription so you can view the status of your subscription.

You'll receive an email from Guidion to make an appointment for the installation when everything is ready.

Have you got an email with a klantnummer? If you can enter that klantnummer in your community profile then a moderator can check this for you.


Hi, I only received the contract number. It would be in Dutch "bestelnummer"

Hey @eujoaorivera, if all goes well, the subscription should now go through properly and you will have received an e-mail about it. This is because I have approved the subscription. Can you confirm that you have received an email about your contract? 


Yes, I received it. I was wondering if it was about this call because I'm doing mobile portability of my telephone number too


@Tommie van Odido Hello can you help me. Due to the delay in installation, I had to hire another company and today I received contact for installation in my home, but I don't want to proceed. Could you cancel this subscription?

@Ishana van Odido Hello, Thank you.  As you said, I received a cancellation message on the day.  And today I received a message that my equipment is coming to my house via DHL.  How do I return it?  Or is it possible to refuse delivery?
