Installation package is lost

Hi t-mobile team,

I'm in a very weird position, my installation package got lost. While I was on holiday, someone from my building received the package as I can see on postNL link. I checked with all tenats in the building and they don't know where it is. One tenant told me that he saw t mobile package in the hallway but probably it got stolen or dumped by someone. What should I do?

Hi @marko_markovic, don't worry, my colleagues sent you a new package on the 13th and you should receive it any minute!

    Ik ben per 4-11-2021 niet meer werkzaam als Moderator op de Community. Ik zal eventuele privéberichten daarom niet meer kunnen beantwoorden maar mijn collega's helpen je graag! :)
