I received my router and connected it properly via mini cable. However there is no Internet. I looked at the meterkast and saw the three different cables you see in the photo (two dark grey, one grey). It looks like it was not connected properly. What can I do? Do I need to connect the ISRA punt?

The incoming grey cable is probabably the incoming from KPN. Connecting both outgoing (dark gray lines) is definately not correct. Where do you want to place the modem?
Anyhow, start by disconnecting the wiring mess.
I would recommend connecting the KPN line (red and blue) to the provided socket upper screws (red and green) and check if the modem can establish a connection. If you want to place the modem in the meter cabinet you are all set.
If that works but you want to place the modem next to another socket in the home you need to figure out which of the dark gray lines goes there and connect the appropriate colors of to that cable to red and blue of the KPN cable
I connected the cables but it doesn't work. How should I connect white and orange?
You could indeed try orange/white instead. Where does the gray KPN cable come from? It could be (dis)connected from the official ISRA….
If that does not work, @Tommie van Odido will have to send Guidion engineer.
B.t.w. You could connect the RJ11 diectly to the socket without
