I have requested move. I made an appointment through a link for 20 days later. Suddenly Guidion cancelled my appointment and the link does not work. I can not make a new appointment. They don’t answer my calls. Can you help me on that?

Did you plan the installation appointment on January 6th? It seems as though a bug has occurred, I don't think the appointment has been cancelled on purpose, by any means. I'll try and give Guidion a call and have the appointment set on the 6th again. Sorry for the inconvenience and confusion! 


@tudemir UPDATE: I've called Guidion just to be sure regarding the situation: it did indeed occur due to an unfortunate, temporary bug. This has now been solved. I've instructed our technical department to create a new ticket so that you can plan a new appointment with Guidion. You'll receive a new link on either Monday or Tuesday.
