Glass fiber connection

Hello, 

The glass fiber connection point has been laid/installed in my house and I’m wondering when T-Mobile will contact me when the installation or the connection will be up?

Hello @Marcodendolol 

When the Fiber connection point has been installed in your house and everything outside is finished so the connection is ready for use than you'll automatically receive a message from Guidion via email/sms so you make an appointment for the installation of the mediaconverter and router.
