Hello,
I did not receive any modem or new device. I cannot see where the device was left. No one came to my house for any work. No one dug in the street. No cable was drawn to my house. There is no fiber cable in my house.

Hello, The technician came and checked the devices. I am sharing with you again the maximum connection speed I have reached now. I think the report prepared by the technician sent you as a pdf. The report was sent to me from Odido. I am using the correct devices. As I mentioned before, I have a 10Gbit Ethernet port. I am using a Cat 8.1 cable.

I have an 8 Gbit line. But I haven't been able to use it since the service was opened. My download speed has lost more than 50%. My upload speed has lost more than 30%.

Hello, the internet has improved positively but I can still use 5 Gbit most of the time. I applied for a company / corporate. You do not give fixed IP to individual customers but I have turned the modem off and on many times so far. I brought it to factory settings. I turned the fiber terminator off and on. but the IP address has not changed at all. If Fixed IP is offered for personal use, I can continue to receive this service and cancel the corporate application. But if you cannot give a Fixed IP, I will continue with the corporate application and terminate the individual internet.

Please add 2 Gbit download and upload to your Corporate internet packages to your company's marketing and authorized department. 1 gigabit is no longer valuable. not enough.

Hello, Could you please contact the senior authorized unit? Please start providing static IP service to individual customers for a fee (like 2.99€ per month). Or provide more speed of 2 Gbit and above (for example 10 Gigabits) to corporate subscribers. I know that you do not provide these services at the moment. I kindly ask you to forward my request to the relevant department. If we do not get a positive result, please turn off my individual internet. Then approve my corporate application. Thank you. Hi ​@juststar, I know this is a big wish of yours, but this is not something we can arrange in a short period. We only provide static IP for business subscriptions right now and we're not sure when or if it's going to be possible for individual subscriptions. Also the same for the speeds for the business subscriptions. You can leave your wish in our idea section: https://community.odido.nl/ideas. This is the place where we collect all the ideas and wishes. If there's a wish that a lot of people voted for, we can discuss and investigate this matter further and this will be visible for the product owners as well.
