Hello,

(i have to ask in English, sorry for that)

I have subscribed to T-Mobile house internet and the subscription starts on 19-April.

For the installation/setup of the modem, the technician will come on 18-April, so one day before the subscription starts.

Is this timing ok? When the technician makes the connections, subscription won't be active so is this a problem?

I realize that the title is not very correct.

Fiber cable is already inside the meterkast so the technician will do the final connections modem and media converter I guess.

Ideally the technician is planned on the activation date so the technician can check the connection and if needed take action when there is a problem.

Now the technician will only install the mediaconverter and modem without checking the signal. You could ask the technician if they can come on the 19th, telephone number is 088 2000 151.
