Early connection

Hi team,

I have recently taken T-Mobile home internet only subscription. The status says I will receive the modem tomorrow and I can only get internet connection from 5th Nov. Is there there any way to fasten this process?

When you placed the order you were asked to prefer a date for you connection, after that you had 2 weeks time to reconsider your order. After those 2 weeks you received an email and by post with your installatiedatum (date your connection will be activated).

This date cannot be changed I am afraid so please have patience 👍

Hi @Prabhu Chinnaraj,

As @Waqqas said the date can not be changed. You could always try, but there there is no guarantee it will work sooner. In my case it was activated early, and I could use it early on.
