Hi hi,
Couple of weeks ago I have applied to change my Dsl connection to fibre optic, and during that time I didn't receive any offer , later when I talked with customer service on phone, they told me that offer is there and they will change the price of my contract and will pay only 32 euro instead of 47 euro. Guidon is coming tomorrow to fix my connection but still the price has not been changed. If possible can someone check about it.
