DSL Home service was scheduled to start on 13/9/2019. Everything is set up correctly, but I do not have service. When I look at my account it says "Je aanvraag is in behandeling" so I assume that my service is not yet activated. When will it be turned on? I do not understand why the service was not available on the date that was indicated. Thank you.
