Changing from another provider (home internet)

Hello dear Odido community, wish you a happy new year!

I currently have a subscription from another provider in the Netherlands for more than a year. Now I’d like to switch to Odido but I have 2 questions:

  • Should I cancel the other one first? Or I can just register at Odido right away and then cancel the other? Because I don’t want to have days without any internet.
  • If I subscribe for 2Gbit fiber for 30 Euro per month, use it for 6 months at discounted price and then switch to 8Gbit on 7th month, will Odido charge me for the discount amounts for the first 6 months?

If you use the 'overstapservice' , the old provider will be cancelled onze your Odido line is werking.

If you change from 2 to 8 gbit,  there is no paying back of discount.
