Hi, my order number is  217481294.  I have ordered internet connection to my new apartment. The connection date should have been August 16. However I have not received yet modem or any additional information regarding its delivery. All I have is email confirmation of my order with summary of my contract as PDF attachment. I have applied for the internet on 1st of August and since then I have not received any updates.

I put it through for you @AlekseiT, I am curious to see if they can get in touch with the previous occupant. I would still contact your landlord about this just to be sure. Once the notice is in, things can move quickly.


@Tommie van Odido  I have received the following message from my rental agent: 

“We have just contacted the previous tenant again.

They have contacted their provider KPN and asked, their contract has been converted to their new current address and this has gone well”.


The building where I live has several apartments.  There is 1 isra point at number 192, from there the connections are distributed over the apartments. So maybe you see subscription from other apartment?


@AlekseiT I immediately looked again and luckily, I see our Back Office has restored the order. 

The installation package will be sent to you shortly. As soon as the track & trace is available this will be send to you as well.
