Hello, last week I applied to change my internet connection to fiberoptics 100mbits, my subscription charge is 45euro, but couple of days later I saw an offer of 30 euro for 1st 10 month for same connection.  Now my question is, is it possible to cancel the subscription so that I can apply for new offer or something can be done. Hope someone can help me. Feel so stupid to pay extra in matter of 2 days.

Which subscription did you have first? The offer of 30 euro for the first 10 months is only for new customers.

If you are out of contract than you can cancel and apply again but you will be without internet for a minimum of 2 weeks and you will have to return your current equipment.


I have normal internet, I am customer of T-Mobile since 2018,  I just wanted to change to fiber optic, so what you are saying is,  there is no any offer for the loyal customer?

Whenever you want to extend your contract or change from DSL to fiber than you can call the customer support for an offer.
