I will move in my new flat in 2 weeks so I ordered a subscription from Odido 3 days ago. The thing is I was mistaken that I live alone, while I have another flatmate who already have a wifi subscription already. So I want to cancel the subscription.
Right now I’m not in the Netherlands so I cannot call the customer service. Then I would want to post here to have someone help me with this. I also wrote an email to internet.service@odido.nl about this.
